"We visited Fuji Sushi & Hibachi for a birthday celebration, and it was a genuinely wonderful experience from start to finish! The hibachi performance was fantastic and so much fun—I even managed to catch a piece of food! But what really stood out to me, beyond the great food and entertainment, was the incredible kindness of the staff. Since someone else was generously paying for the meal, I was trying to be mindful of my budget when ordering. The staff was so understanding and incredibly generous with my children, which I appreciated more than words can say. They are truly good people.
We also had a beautiful interaction with a lovely Vietnamese lady working there. My daughter has been learning a similar language, and when she tried speaking it, this sweet woman was so encouraging. She complimented her and told her she spoke it incredibly well for her age. It completely made my daughter’s night and left her feeling so proud of herself. The atmosphere was nice, the staff was beyond sweet, and their genuine kindness made a special family birthday even more memorable. We highly recommend them!"

"Good sushi. Service is perfect with the right level of attentiveness and genuine interaction. Atmosphere is unique and fun. We go with our kids ages 3, 6, 8, 12 and all have a good time. We've been here probably a dozen times over past couple years. Good for date night or hibachi or out with young kids."

“I love this place. They have a lot of great options for sushi lovers and hibachi or noodle lovers. They have great drinks, the prices are fair, and the service is always fast. If you're a regular, the staff will come to recognize you, which I personally enjoy, so this is one of my favorite places.”

“We had a fun time at Fuji tonight… The teppanyaki master was incredibly personable, entertaining, and informative. He was tossing food into our 9 year old son’s mouth (and made it), and entertained with the iconic onion volcano and lots of fire. I would suggest the Hibachi/teppanyaki seating/selection to adult friends as well as families. Our kids love the show and the flavorful food.
Remember to ask your host for the hibachi seating, get a Ramune 'marble' soda for the kids and enjoy the interactive experience.”

“I've seen this place from the nearby mall, but never stopped in until this past weekend. We had a delicious lunch, and I will absolutely return!
We had the Middleton Roll, the Fancy, then crab rangoon and salmon nigiri. Our server was lovely and attentive, but not overbearing. He had great energy about him. The food was delicious, and the nigiri I ordered had HUGE pieces of fish. It was all delicious and tasted fresh.
The decor is lovely inside, and we got a great comfy booth. I will absolutely be back!”

“My party of 5 enjoyed our hibachi meals. One member in our party has a severe allergy to shrimp, and the chef and server made sure to cook the shrimp for the other party at our grill after all the 'safe' foods were finished cooking. The other party even let us know they were aware of the food contamination allergy risk and made my party aware that they would watch for cross contamination. Kudos to the staff and kind fellow diners. 🎉🎉🎉”
